Transparent: transmitting light; able to be seen through with clarity.
Maybe Seph's monitor is dying i can defintley see through 2 of the 3.
You can categorize the stregth of trasparencey but when it comes down to the just of things, the object is either transpaernt or not.
Not to get semantic on you but....
When there is a perfectly good word to describe what you just said (translucent) why use transparent? 
Transparent= Allows the passage of ligth without any obstruction whatsoever.
Translucent= Not transparent, but clear enough to allow light to pass through
