I just downloaded Firefox for PC a couple of days ago and cannot figure out how to change skins. I tried the directions given on the homepage but they don't work b/c there is not an option for browse under the Tools > Themes menu like they said........

do you mean, you don't have this option in the tools menu?
Sorry Wookie I wasn't too clear on that..........I have that option but then once I go into that all I see is the default skin. And I don't have the option to select anything except updates...........Any idea what's wrong or is it me?

there should be a link in the theme popup that says 'get more themes'... not sure why there wouldn't be that... it brings you to this page, though.

do you know what theme you want to install? for e.g., if you go to some other website (this one for instance) and download a .jar theme, all you have to do is just drag the file into the theme window.... it will then install the theme for you.
Wookie..........stick with me bro b/c we are almost there! Thanks for all of your help up to this point. I've looked at the themes on their website and you can't preview any of them hardly. What gives there? I like panther, pinstripe, the typical themes you know. Also, I tried dragging the theme into the theme box but it didn't seem to drag it all the way in there.
