Fix For Your Samurize Weather Widgets

Hi All,

Just thought I'd let those who don't frequent the samurize forums know that torsius, the creator of the Weather 2004 plugin that we all love and cherish, has released a fix after weather.com decided to change their xml feed.

I've posted this in the milk suite thread, but I thought it warranted a separate post as many other configs/widgets will use the plugin.
