I have a feeling its a skin problem, so i'll try and fix that soon. 
Not really. Above link is instantaneous for me.
When you click on the magnifiying glass and the search function comes up, everything under the finder bar moves up, when you click on the search function again, everything moves back down again.

Which browser are you using, it works fine in, Safari, IE 6, and Firefox.
Although in safari the text box doesn't fit inside the rounded area. It's too tall.

Untill Safari 1.3 we can't skin the text boxes. :/
I'm using ie6...The attached images show the spacing problem. I checked all of my browsers, and its only ie that screws up when showing the search function.

:rant: We have 60kb of posted image space for the entire forum?!?!?? It used to be for one post...
"mark all forums as read" is broken for me, too.
and it doesn't seem to "catch up" or something in 10 minutes. just nothing seems to happen, i click it, i get the nice blank forum index. i click "view new posts" an hour later and i get 3 pages of posts.
some avatars and sigs don't work like mine and seph's in firefox. i tested it on ie 6 and it works. any idea whats causing the problem?
works fine here, maybe you have some extension like adblock or something.
what build do you have? i used the latest 0.9.3 and then upgraded to the latest nightly. both didn't work and it stopped when i upgraded from 0.9.0 to 0.9.3
oh somehow the load images for the originating website only turned on and around half are on different websites.
The 'Mark All Posts As Read' button doesn't seem to work as it should.
Boards updated last night, so instead of making a new one I'll just rename this one.
The problem I stated above still isn't fixed with this release. It doens't mark the posts as read i.e. they still show up when I click 'View New Posts'.
technically not a problem with IPB, but i hope we'll see the 'view new posts' link again on the FP. why was it removed?!?
