I believe Stevie had Admin status to organize the forums and it wasn't meant to be permanent.
na its premenant, as for his Profile im not sure whats going on but a look at the Moderating Team and he's still an admin. my guess is he was either playing around or he prefer's the coders badge, either way he's still an admin so no need to stress

I think I see what Timmeh's done here...
Basically, Tim wants a clear seperation between the Admin (him/Jef) and an Admin (me).
I still have admin permissions (i.e. I can use the AdminCP et al.), but I'm not an Administrator, i.e. my decisions are not final.
Basically, my main role is to administer code/database of the site and make sure everything's in tip-top shape, and generally help out...
Tim and I were discussing this the other night, and I said I was cool with it, so he's obviously done it now 
Basically, heirarchy is as follows (as I understand it - Timmeh, correct me if I'm wrong):

Stevie, maybe you need a special badge (I just can't think of what it would be called, maybe special-admin? (it's too late. I'm going to bed)).
He was not demoted in any sense of control, he basically is what he was admin for. To keep this place working right, he's more of a coder in a sense than an administrator. He has control over the forums, but he does not make the decisions.

KICK ASS!! I just found out you can close a tab in Firebird/fox by middle clicking on the tab.

Ctrl+W does the trick too.
double clicking the tabs area (not on a tab) creates a new tab too

It's probably because, when I was first made an admin, I made a comment to Tim about me being the Mace Windu of A-S, and how I should be the only one with a purple name/badge...
