Currently it is not possible to skin Quicktime. Someone is working on it I believe. If you have seen screenshots of the Mac Quicktime on a Windows machine, it's either Zoom Player with a Quicktime skin or Windows Media Player with a Quicktime skin. Please search the forums if you want either of those skins.
