Attachments Gone?

i have been having trouble with attachments lately. some times i cant even make an attachment. like a png in the icons section. or a jpg. and when i do it disapears. a couple of days later.

now that was posted a couple of days ago. and its gone now.

This can be 1 of two things,

1 Timie disabled attachments temperarily,

or 2 This is one of the beta bugs...I'm gonna go see if Ivision knows this, if not I will post it on thier board.
