[release] Weather 0.5.1

Hi Everyone,

Yah I know. It has been a VERY long time since I compiled a docklet and released it. Sorry about that -- I am now entering into my senior year of college (www.wpi.edu) and can't wait to graduate! :smartass:

Last night I released Weather 0.5.1 for people with "information-is-not-changing" problem to try it out. I may release 0.5.2 to add a list of different polling periods (5, 10, 15, 30 mins).

Please give this one a shot and tell me how it goes!

Ah cooool. Personally haven't had a problem with it updating info, but a friend who uses it did have the problem .... will point out the link to him.

finally a docklet that work on my computer . I have not problem for now.
