[help] Unistalling On Mac Os X ?

i installed dreamweaver just to see how it would work on my mac, but i dont need it on here but i dont know how to uninstall it i searched for an uninstaller but couldnt find one in the folder....how can i uninstall it ?

Drag the dreamweaver folder to the trash.

That's it!

NB. This will leave your settings intact in the library. It's not worth removing them as they take up little space and don't do any harm. Unless you can download an uninstaller or an app comes with one, to remove it, just trash it.

were all very happy for you :)

and thats another great feature in OSX, just trash the nice folder.

Uh, if you run the installer for it again, under the Installation Type dropdown menu, select Uninstall. :)

Or, trash the folder, lol.

Usually what I do i trash the folder and in the quick find in a finder window, type in "dreamweaver" and delete everything sensible that showes up under there too.

The uninstaller just removes frameworks and other stuff needed for the program to run; there's no real harm of leaving them there.

... it makes things sluggy if you have no idea what you're doing <_<

because you can't just trash the nice folder, you have to go through an uninstaller which makes me want to do this to my computer! :chair: :piss: :sh!t:

Yes you can. You drag the folder to the Trash. End of story. Unless you desperately need the space the the Dreamweaver frameworks and preferences take up, why bother to run an uninstaller? And you have your settings if you want to install it again.

To accept, or not to except. That- is the question.
