If the registry files don't work for you here's how to do it manually

I'm assuming you are using Windows XP.....

Goto Start -> Run and type regedit (press enter)

Registry Editor should load

Now goto the following key by clicking the plus sign in front of it

HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Control Panel -> Desktop -> WindowMetrics

In this key you should find a string value called Shell Icon Size.....(and by default it will be set as 32) Double-click on it and change the value to 128 (press OK).....close Registry Editor

Now right-click on the desktop and goto the 'Appearance' tab....click on 'Advanced' and from the drop-down menu choose 'Icon'......it should show the value for icon size as 72.

click on OK.....press OK in the previous dialog box too.....a screen with a 'Please Wait' will temporarily appear and once that's done, you're icons should be 128 x 128 icons...

Hope that helps...

Cheers,

Siddharth
