Disturbing News Found At Macosx.com

Well i was recently checking out the forums. And right in the cornor of my eye I spotted the topic "Iphoto For windows!?!??!?!?!?"

well.. this attracted me to it RIGHT away.. and well.. the replies are not all that great. The first poster gives a link to Stashs iPhoto homepage. After that, the users there start to get mad. Some have sent emails to apple asking them to sue this guy and feel this is really stupid "gay" project that is being worked on for windows. I thought id let you all know about this.. incase somthing does happen over here once again.. to prepare our selves for the worst..(not saying anything will). As saying all that. I would mainly like Mac users here.. and long time senior aquaosft users to reply to this thread.. as me and goku have been talking about this. We feel we need serious replies and no aussie replies and attraction. I hope nothing happens... but to show you all.. the link to the thread at macosx forums. Im alittle worried.. since im getting the feeling and reading.. that they have sent emails to apple wanting to sue towards our community and projects..

That would mark a sad day in Aqua Emulation. Sadder than the day aafuss got Windows 98. It just shows you how ignorant some Mac users can be and are a bit over protective of their Operating System. Legally I am not sure how much Apple can really do because it isn't the same source code. They might be able to do something about the name iPhoto being used though. This is dissapointing.

Theres plenty they CAN sue over. I think they'll just threaten, and thats enough. Obviously, we're not going to fight them, its not possible.
