[help]firefox Extention Issue

i installed firefox 9 today. got it all skined. and installed a tab browswer pluggin. and installed. but it said there was a problem, sorry didn't save it. and now when i click on tool-extention or tool theme, all i get is a blank window with update now and uninstall on it.

i tried uninstallling firefox and reinstalling it. and clicked yes to removing everything. but the problem is still there....

um........HELP!

Have you also deleted the Mozilla folder in C:\Documents and Settings\USER\Application Data\

before the reinstallation? Try this and reinstall Firefox again!
