Mobydock Not Start

When I start Moby Dock, the taskbar disappear but come back 1 sec after, the dock is not there but when I press CTRL-ALT-DEL in WindowsXP, the mobydock.exe is loader in memory, but not appear.

I've try to hide the taskbar, and reload mobydock, same thing.

My graphic card driver is update, i've try with DirectX8a and 9, always the same thing.

My Computer is a AMD Duron900 w/512Ram, Nvidia Asus GeForce2 MX400 w/32Ram.

What can be the trouble?
