I used to love it when i first got XP now... 2 years later.. i am the proud daddy of a dual 2.0 G5 ("dualie") and now i just hang around and mod the **** out of your thread titles

I am still very much in love with aqua though, i tend to go back even when using shapeshifter on my mac... it has too much of magnetism to stay away from it

I used to like Aqua, got a Mac and now just hang around.

I can't say I really* ever customized my pc to look like a mac, sure I'd apply a theme for 5 seconds to show something off but thats it.

Aqua in a sense of this site is dead. Majority of the people just come here as it is a customizing site now. It is not just Aqua-Related crap.

I think we can all look back and say that aqua created a revolution in gui and just about everything else having to do with graphics.

My first comp was a Mac performa (exactly ten years ago). When I started working, however, I had to use Windows. So in trying to learn how to operate Windows, I've managed to forget everything about Mac. Last year, when I was in J&R in NYC, I just happened to browse by a G4 and loved the dock thingie. So when I got home I went online to look for the gellyish IE icon and was somehow directed to this website or maybe aquaxp. I can't remember. Anyway, I just like the look of aqua graphics.

I'm not one really to stick lots of apple signs on a windows box - that's just not right as each company has it's own look and feel - to mix the two together doesn't work for me.

However, I love the way that not only how the mac looks and operates - but how the entire Apple company advertises and talks about it's products. I stick around here to get the real news on what the users think Apple is like - rather than hearing their own biased views.
