I forget where I downloaded this from (tweaked build 38 files) but I'm almost positive it was someone on here so the credit for that goes to them. I just downloaded the updated version and replaced the originals with those ones.

Note:
All the system try icons (from iChat Trillian) except the incomming message icon where done by Siddharth.
All the icons from the QCD update were done by a member on here, I just updated the newer build with the resources.

I am getting errors about wrong dll or older dll files and programs just crash on start after errors?
QCD 40a is a beta build & it is likely to change very soon.
The final non beta build will be out soon.
