[help] Sgetting Some Profit Out Of Software

i recently aqquired some server software (Novell Netware, Sco Open Office, Best MAS 90 and 200, MSDN software and a few others.) i have no use for this type of software and i realise that i cant resell some of them (or any of them, i am not familliar with any of those laws) i checked ebay and i found that the MAS 90 and 200 software bundle i had was going for $15,000.00, so how would i go about selling the software legally? i dont mean to be talking about illegal stuff here but i dont even know if it is illegal. im sure you see my predicament.

First, it'd be a help to know how you acquired the software. Then you'd need to know if any of it is being used at all and how many people/machines it's licensed too. Also, if you read the EULA for each program, it'll probably tell you what you can and can't do. Using that, and the info from steps one and two, you'll have a much better idea as to what you can do with the discs and/or licenses you have.
