all the controls are in crni's objectbar themes... its not really software.

download a theme from his site and you'll find all the controls inside the theme.

last time i looked he had controls for winamp/foobar/itunes.

That's objectdock with kkmenu. I was using it for foobar but you can make it for whatever you want (winamp,iTunes... basically any player that has command line or tray support will do).Back then it was standalone app but now I think there is kkmenu docklet for OD...

That screenshot sure bring back some memories :
