I Need Some Help!

Ok, this is starting to make me mad. I have had this problem for a while and I have never been able to figure it out. Anyone please give me some advice. On my computer at home, Dell P4 1.5 G, 256 RAM, GeForce 3 32. I am using icemans newest visual style and the newest ObjectBar aqua skin and I dont see any horizontal on the theme. For example, I want my ObjectBar theme to look like this...

But instead, it is just plain white. No small grey lines or anything just white. It also does that to my visual styles and to websites and any other graphics on my computer. For instance, at another computer, aqua-soft has the same little gray lines in its website design, but at my computer, the website has a plain white background....?!? I have no idea what to do about this, but it is making me very upset. If anyone has any advice for where I can go to find out or if you know what my problem is, please help me. I rely on this community for a lot and I know that someone here knows what the problem is!!! Thank you for any help you can provide. Later.

Is your ObjectBar the latest version? I got the same problem when I was using older ObjectBar with newer themes.

FYI, the problem was that his monitor was calibrated wrong. I had him Reset to Factory Defaults, and it works fine for him now.
