Why are you showing us a snapshot of a monitor/gfx card desynching?
I think it's not just a desync... this looks like a video ram screwup to me (and i had a number of them)...

How come when someone (actually, that was Undertaker too) posts an outdated BSOD photo it's perfectly ok, but when he posts a Mac gfx screwup, he get's responses like
