Ads To Be Built Into Windows

So glad I stuck with Win2k. Ads annoy me, and if they are being built into the OS, there better be some way of removing them!

probably not a big deal.. but i'll probably wait about a month after sp2 comes out before installing it, just so i know that the issues are and how to work around them

in other news... i sense antitrust initiatives will be on the upswing in the next 5 years.

that's no big deal, like the article says, it will be pretty much the current windows catalog redirected somwhere else. you can delete the shortcut right now if you want.

There's nothing to stop them from putting an ad shortcut or two into win2k as well if they wanted to.
