As for the image, i think the best way is to search for "brushed" themes, like KoL's itunes visual style and crni's objectbar skin.

I have no idea where to get that shellwm skin.

The wmp skin seems to be made by Duckie, as it says on the screenshot, try to search for it from the forums.
