[help] Way To Make Dock Sit On Taskbar?

I've recently gone to the Royale theme and want a dock still, but I don't want it on the top or sides, but on the bottom, where my taskbar is. I like my taskbar at the bottom, but I want the dock to sit on top of it, without the taskbar overlapping it or vice versa.

My question is:

Can my dock sit on top of my taskbar without overlapping?

As far as I know, MobyDock is the only Dock that can do what you're asking.

I believe this software - http://www.hawkeyetech.com/products/freeware.htm - has been the answer given to most questions like this one. You can set desktop margins.

I am using this freeware to create a margin for the Dock. So when you maximise a window, it doesn't overlap the Dock, as OS X do. This soft is quite usefull for this, never found another thing that has the same feature...
