[help] Mdoifying Windows Fax And Picture Viewer

Where would I look to change the background of WF&PV from the default blue to a custom color? Also I want to change the buttons.

One more thing, would it be possible to get rid of the words "Windows Fax and Pciture Viewer" so all I'm left with is the filename of the image on the titlebar?
