[request] Html For A Sidebar

Could anyone please tell me how to make the sidebar just like in the Mac OS X Panther finder? It has to be in HTML or flash, or could someone get one?

I managed to find a way to add an explorer bar in the windows, and so I would now want to try to mimic the Mac OS X Panther sidebar for its finder windows.
