[help] Task Manager

the task manager all of a sudden lost the top of it . I have no idea why this is happening and its only under my user name. Happens even under safe mode in my user name heres a screen shot (for some reason the screen shot isnt showing but any the tabs (applications processes performance networking and users) are not showing and the title bar

I know. I had the same thing happen to me and I had no

idea what was wrong. I just reinstalled windows eventually

and it was ok again. Then one day I accidentally clicked the

border and found out. Man, I felt stupid to.
