Don't mean to be an ass but if you have used elements from other people's visual styles you must ask permission from the original authors. You haven't even included a readme file in your archive.

The reason I say this is because some elements of your VS are ridiculously similar to ThreeDrives's Tiger 0.4 VS.

Considering that this is his first post here it's extremely unlikely that he even knows who ThreeDrives is, let alone asking permission. <_<
