Well I like to show you my webpage. 
It's nearly completly done in xHTML, CSS and all text is brought to right places by some self-written php-scripts.
All graphical stuff is done with Photoshop and all coding with Dreamweaver / metapad.
It's done without any help from other people (well excerpt some php-stuff)
Now you know the facts. Tell me what you think about it.
PS: Yes, I know, there's still no real content.

Move the Navigation Barś text up a small bit (1 or two pixels). Also, change the Navigations barś text (by using a class=¨nav¨ in each link) to a different colour.
Maybe also change the Navigation bar´s background.

personallyI'd add some bottom padding to the navigation system or vertically align it centrally.

Released ver.3 of my site.
It changes the color every 12 hours.
(from 6AM EMT to 6 PM EMT: day-theme - from 6PM EMT to 6AM EMT: night-theme)
Well, I'll include a color-chnge for every weekday.

One tip. put a padding-top: 2px on the content box.

the worst thing is, that internet-explorer doesn't display the css right. - the css-mouseover-effect from my menu-bar doesn't work

You can, but I won't do - It's a nice way, but I'm happy without. Maybe in version 3.2 *G*
