Did you try asking the person who posted that screenshot? It's Samurize, that's for sure, but it looks like a custom config. Dunno for sure though.
They aren't samurize but 'Kapsules' widgets from the looks of it. visit the Kapsules website for a download link to the app and the widgets 
the person did not reply me after telling me its using samurize.
Maybe he did not see my reply or something...

Honesty, they are identical to the kapsules widgets... but someone may have ported it to sammy...
