well here it is! i found an uncopyrighted picture on the net and worked around with it a bit...here you go! it also goes well with the logonui.exe i created, if you want to download it. I dont know if i can post a preview so i wont.

This one actually looks pretty good, but i cand realy understand why you use bmp.
because BMP does not lose quality compared to gif or jpg. i wanna send it at highest possible...and im sure thats BMP

PNG is your friend then. 
If you use .jpg , you can allways set the quality to 100%, and you wont loose any wuality, but it will be a much smaller file. At least the loss of quality is not possible to see for the human eye.

JPG, no matter if at its highest quality will still not have the quality of PNG. no matter what.

Just copy&paste it to a new browser window/tab, then it works.
For what it's worth, both PNG and GIF are mathematically lossless codecs, whereas JPEG is a lossy codec.
It's impossible to lose quality when encoding with PNG or GIF, but you can, with JPEG, if you turn up the compression.

As was told earlier, most of us can't download it. Make an account at DeviantART and upload it there for us to view. Believe me, must easier too. Honestly, I put all my work on there, on my site, all my releases and stuff are LINKS to DeviantART. I don't host all of my work on my server. All is on DevART.
