[question] Why Two Links?
The Icons & Cursors "forum" in 3rd Party Applications (actually, it's in 3rd Party Applications>Stardock>IconPackager) is a link to the main Icons & Cursors forum.
It just made sense, so that people who were interested in IconPackager could quickly get to the forum for Icons & Cursors, where they could find releases
