[release]dashboard World Clock

actually u can thank duckie, he had the resoarses. i simply took the default image and used it as a skin without modding it at all

this works for clocx , im too lazy to post a link, so google it.

and it might look a little fuzy at 100% so i shrank mine down to like 80.
