[release] Ichat Hym

I found back the file for the skin which i didnt manage to fully complete before i switched to mac. Anywayi am planning to release it. Its up to you guy to decide whether u want to use it or dump it aside. If u want to fix my skin, send me a message. msn:)

edited: i am going to host this skin for two hours. if you cant seem to download it anymore, it means i have pulled down from my webspace. rili hope that someone can host the file.
