Auto Updates...

Does anybody know of a site that auto updates/refreshes itself ever X amount of time? Preferably every 10 mins... My net has a 20 min idle time disconnect time and it irritates me

well, I think you can have the header of a web page auto refresh after x seconds. You could just make a blank page with it and open it in the background.

By the way, what is your ISP?

EDIT: Well, the intercepted messages (right column) on the spymac website auto-refreshes itself every few seconds (at least on my mac). You might wanna see that..

Checking Spymac now.

EDIT: For me it doesn't work in 'real time', it only works when I change the page or refresh. Must me a safari option I guess. -Bloody Macs!
