Sometimes, when working in Photoshop or even after ther startup of XP (Sp1) a small 'Warning' Icon appears in the Systray.
It stays there until I click on it and doesn't show a tooltip.
I don't get a high processor/memory usage or a high case/cpu temp.
Does anyone know what that means?
the warning icon on the systray appears when you are running low on virtual memory. (thus used all PHYSICAL memory and starting to run out of VIRTUAL )
it usually when appears, pops up a balloon with a warning (much like network connections connecting/disconnecting)
maybe you should increase your swap file size
It could also be low disk space, did you disable ballon tips?
It's definitely not low disc space because I've got more than 3 gb free space on every partition.
And yes, I've disabled baloon tips (I guess I should enable them to know what the warning means).
