just wondering..A-S serves 200 ppl at a time at most, right? do we have our own server or is it hosted by some website? i mean, of course we would like to command respect and have our own server, but the internet connection required to allow for many connections and have a decent transfer rate would be expensive. but then again, many awesome things happen here that defy all common thought. neways, i was just wondering.

Last time I checked Aqua-Soft.org was hosted by contrast hosting, and unless you're ready to fork over like 60$ or more per month i think you should give up.
It's a shared/virtual host. So no, we don't have our own server.
I don't think we're even close to needing it.

And neofexx, you can't always expect a big forum like this to be on a dedicated server.
I have seen Aqua-Soft go down a few times due to the bandwidth being used (not many times but it has happened).
