When he says they must look like the ones on his desktop, I think he means aqua like. Secondly, please DO NOT post such a large image like that inline. LINK to the actual image. Thanks. If you search the forum, some, if not all, of those have already been made.

I have only found one fpr mirc in .png format...i can't reshack it and objectdock doesn't take a .png icon 
Yes, i want them Aqua-like...if you have some for office, i would take them, too
