[help] Backing Up A Cd

Hey, I was trying to backup my Medal of Honor Allied Assault CD in Alcohol 120% (making an iso image), and it didn't go too well. It was going .1% by .1%, and was giving me a million disk read errors. There is nothing wrong with the disk, and I even used my game-doctor to clean it. Is there some kind of disk protection that is preventing me from doing this?
