Wierd, well my answer is, I made it 
here's what i came up with. enjoy.
[edit] apparently magbi thinks its green, so i updated it a bit so its more blue. better? [/edit]
[edit 2] there seems to be a little "ring" in there, so I brightened up the center, it needed it anyway, and all seems to be good now. [/edit]
[edit 3] okay so that was too bright, how about this? i even color matched in ps with the real thing, so the colors should be correct now. [/edit]

it is not similar to the tiger ichat icon , but maybe for some people will be usefull
I didn't like the edges on magbi9's because it was from a screenie, but i took the main part of his, and stuck it on my shape, so there are cleaner edges and got this.

iChat just doesn't feel the same without the aim gouy, but still great icons guys (especially Lou
