[question] Battery Life For 12 Inch Powerbook

Is 5 hours the absolute most you'll get. What happens in the following situations?

1. Using Airport Extreme card in wireless networks?

2. Using DVD player (that's probably like 2 hours right?)

12" inch ibook. It goes like this:

constant CD usage kills battery the most

bright screen kills battery

constant CPU at 100% kills a lot, but not much

using airport extreme

sound

5 hours is pushing it. I say 4 and some, like, 4.5.

Of course that's continuous usage, if you set the suspend timer to 3 minutes or something, and u are working say, on a project, it will last longer than u need it to.
