[help] Need Help To Make A "skin" For My Site.

I'm making a site now (www.diggbart.com) And I have a blog system there, but I'm to stupid to make a skin for it, so I need help, it's supposed to look like this : http://home.online.no/~finbi/magbi9/index.htm . It would be realy cool if someone could help me... well, yeah, hm, yeah...
