Why have a rumor site if you are going to cooperate with Apple when they don't want things to be public? It doesn't sound like having rumors to me.
The shots were by the GNAA, the biggest troll group in recent net history. Why would you believe them?

this is totaly fake, although the dashboard thing is pretty awsome, and the widgets are so pretty, anyone want to port them :naughty: .
- They didnt show the whole about box, why?
- the buttons in the prefs app are brushed style
- the search diolog in the prefs app is so fake looking
- the shading in the prefs app is to disgusting to be the work of apple

seeing how apple corp is going all gunho on removing links, id say there legit (i dont even know why apple legal even tries to get rid of links on the internet, it spreads like wildfire, you cant fight it) Anyone willing to sent them to me, lostspyder[at]gmail.com?

I'd say that doesn't mean anything. If I were working at apple, I'd make them remove links all the time, legit or not. It keeps the roumer mill going. That's good for them, even if the products are going to be different. In fact, if I were an apple PR person, I'd be tempted to make a few mockups like that in interface builder and quietly leak them, just to distract people away from the real thing. It's really easy, look, I've made a new app for Aqua-Soft 2.0

I know, man, I know. This thread should have been merged with the one Sid started, but it's picked up steam at this point. Regardless of Apple trying to take them down, I still think those pics are way bogus... the spelling mistake, while possible, lands a massive blow to their credibility, not to mention the uber-dubious source (GNAA).
Yeah, They look like crap, they could very well be fake, but according to one website, an insider confirmed they were real.
IMHO, i think if they are real, it is just a implemented ideas of future things to come. I kind of hope they are fake
