[request] Separate Area For Docks

is there any application which can separate an area for desktop applications?

im using yzdock and objectdock, want them shown always on top but don't want them cover any part of the taskbar and windows.

if docks are on the top edge of the screen, it covers the title of a window.

if they are on the left, they may cover the vertical ruler when using MS Word.

if they are on the bottom, they just cover some part of the taskbar.

if they are on the right hand side, they cover the scroll bar.

Even the MobyDock cannot solve this problem, some part of windows would always be covered.

really want an area separated for docks, say, 1024*32, or 32*768.

put your taskbar on the top. problem solved. [edit]or use hawkeye (search) and make margins for the dock, I have a margin at the bottom of my screen so that when the windows maximize, them maximize to the top of the dock...[/edit]

WinFX can do it a lot better hahahaha! (see anyone can do it, so next time plz refrain from gloating, it's not big and it's not clever... just like a retarded midget  )

WinFX, though shareware can do loads of other great effects!
