As far as I know this is only for Shapeshifter on Mac.
I note that this beautiful theme is very very similar
to Stefanka's Metallica Snow.
As always Stefanka is the best, for me.
It's done by the same person/people that did iStyle, and I really don't see much of a difference between the two, aside from it being a little bit darker and more metallic, but it seems to be using all the same buttons and widgets and such.
Oh, and because it's by the same people, don't expect to get permission to release whatever you create. <_<
