Aqua-Soft: Changing For The Better

Hi all, as most of you may be aware, we've been planning a bit of "redecorating" for Aqua-Soft over the past few months.

It is, then, with great pleasure that I'm announcing that, at 7:00pm BST (British Summer Time; 6:00pm GMT, 2:00pm EST, 11:00am PST), Aqua-Soft will begin the first phase of this transition into what we hope will be a newer, better Aqua-Soft for everyone.

These changes will, primarily, be a re-structuring of the forums, as detailed here, and the introduction of the new rules, discussed here.

Please note that the aforementioned links do not necessarily detail the final version of the structure and rules - these will be revealed when we release the changes.

So that we may implement these changes as quickly and efficiently as possible, Aqua-Soft will be temporarily closing it's doors to visitors. Aqua-Soft will be offline for approximately thirty to forty-five (30-45) minutes, as of the aformentioned time, assuming all goes to plan. If Aqua-Soft is unavailable for longer than that, please do not be alarmed - be patient whilst we work.

Upon re-opening, the board will have been restructured, and the new rules will be in effect.

Any member not adhering to these rules will not be allowed an "ignorance plea" - ignorance of the new rules is no defence. As such, it is recommended that you read any and all topics made by staff (in particular, by Timan and myself) "Important Aqua-Soft Information", "Comments & Suggestions", and "General Discussion" before exploring the board.

Please also be aware that some of the new forums may not contain any content initially - over the course of this weekend, it is my intention to begin the "clean up" operation I intended to start in May, moving, re-tagging, and possibly "keywording" topics in Aqua-Soft dating back to the introduction of this board. (Any assistance from other staff would be much appreciated).

So it is with this in mind that I ask that members be patient whilst we work for a better Aqua-Soft.

Unfortunately not - it means we're sick of wating >.<

Rest assured, however, that we'll be moving to IPB 2 as soon as we deem it ready for our use...

We'll prob move to IPB2 the day it comes out, seeing the fact Matt said RC1 html templates will be final, meaning they should work in teh Final version of IPB2, which will prob never come out lol.

Already on top of it Master Seph! The TAG site has been updated (spelling, grammar, and a few other changes) for the upgrade to 2.0! Click in my signiture for details. If you are using the image from my site, you are upgraded as well, just CTRL+F5, and refresh your cache!
