im getting a emac in about a month, and i was wondering, does msn for mac support voice chatting ? and if it does can i voice chat with someone on windows ?

i know there is a big thing about isight and all, but is there a program i can use that allows me to video chat with people other than those on OSX ?
Dude, you can use iChat to video IM with people with AIM 5.5 for Windows, too. Not just mac users. Don't know about MSN Messenger, though. I'd assume so.

MSN: Short answer no.
Use AIM for VideoChats and AudioChats, they're much better quality. Although I've done neither with AIM5.5 users, it still never seems to work with them - which is stupid really. Has anyone suceeded in using AudioChats with Windows users in iChat?
I dont think you can do video conference with windows users with any IM client right now 
ichat works for me with video conferencing

And according to the VersionTracker page; X-Chat is an IRC chat application.. Not for AIM or MSN..
