The application that you are looking for is ImageWell and it is a little image editor, not a screen capture tool!

But if you want a simple screen capture app i've found also this one >>HoverSnap!

theres an applications called PringScreen26, you can use it to take a custom image of the desktop or part of it then save it as a certain type, size, zoom, etc...its really cool. does that help?

Or just use the Capture Docklet. It can capture a Window or the whole Desktop, and he's available for ObjectDock - and maybe Y'z Dock, not sure...
