[help] Y'z Dock Tabs?

Does anyone have the config or something similar to it that Pe7er is using in his June 2004 SS of Y'z Dock Running as a tabbed interface?

I want it bad!!!!!

I think what Pe7er did was make custom graphics to emulate the tab look.
