Deviantart Subscription Problem

Sorry to ask for help one more time but I have a problem with deviantart.

When I Want to subscribe it says that my IP is blocked but I have never create an account on deviantart.

All my friends who have as provider wanadoo have the same problem.

What can I do ?

Have you tried to contact them? Maybe they are not accepting new applicants (I doubt that would be the case), or maybe, they have an IP Ban on a pool of IP's which you are a part of.

there's been a longstanding problem with banned IP's at deviantart.. they ban certain one's because they get 1 or a few jerk's that ruin it for everyone else. (same thing wizard said)

they keep saying that they're working on a fix.

if they block entire IP ranges than can pose a problem. especially if they block an entire ISP. theys hould ban mac addresses instead...if thats possible
