[release] Msgina.dll

Speaking of shell32.dll and ole32.dll can someon PLEASE send me their modded ole32 and shell32 files that work with pazl's cursor replacement mods? PLEASE!!!!

Nice job on this, as this is just what I was looking for! Your converted msgina.dll is the lastest version from MS: version: 5.1.2600.1343

Prior to this, I had msgina.dll ver: 5.1.2600.1106 (which was included in stefanKa's great SnowE sysfiles), but a MS critical patch (KB 835732) back in April 2004, updated the msgina.dll to ver: 5.1.2600.1343

I tried to convert stefanKa's resources from the older msgina.dll to the most recent one, but it turned out all b0rked up!

So now I have the most updated file (msgina.dll) from MS so my system is properly patched, but with your nice Panther resources...this is a nice neutral design which compliments most/all msstyles! Sure as heck beats then dam Luna GUI 'turn system off' resources...lol

I've made a full update on Windows Update (sorry for that tautology) before I started modding my system files.

So this is the latest version of msgina.dll.
