[release] "mouseover Effect" For Foobar Toolbar

In the newest version of foo_ui_columns.dll the "Mouseover effect" is working, so as I really like the clear buttons' of Panther style, I've made a set of buttons for Foobar in this mod.

For all maniacs of the clear-styled stuff here are they (need to be converted to BMP to be usable in Foobar):
